Goal: This program is designed to develop our high school students' leadership skills by employing, and allowing them to serve as aids and tutors at the center.
- Career Development - Providing youth with career awareness, decision making skills, and an overall better understanding of the requirements of higher education.
- Personal / Leadership Development - Providing training and information for effective communication skills, presentation, organization and life skills.
- Parental Support - Increasing the involvement of both parents (custodial / non-custodial) in the educational and recreational activities of their children.
